Undergraduate Registration

The registration is a multi-step process that requires your name, PID, and UCSD Student ID barcode number (located on the back of your student ID card). In addition, all attendees must complete a mandatory online alcohol assessment tool. Once you complete the registration process, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.

Graduated early? Taking the quarter off? Not a problem! Entry is free for all undergraduate students who have enrolled at UC San Diego for at least one quarter during the 2018-2019 school year. Summer Sessions are not applicable.

ONLY STUDENTS WHO COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION MAY ATTEND THE FESTIVAL. REGISTRATION CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24TH AT 11PM.

Eligibility

UC San Diego Graduate students are eligible to attend the 2019 Sun God Festival!

This includes students registered in UCSD Graduate Programs, Rady School, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, School of Global Policy & Strategy, UC San Diego School of Medicine and Skaggs School of Pharmacy.

On the Day of the Festival

Entrance Process

The entrance process for the 2019 Sun God Festival will be similar to what can be expected at other major music festivals. Please allow yourself enough time to wait in line before entering. PLEASE NOTE THAT FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS ARE NOT BEING ISSUED THIS YEAR. YOUR PRE-REGISTERED UCSD STUDENT ID CARD IS YOUR TICKET INTO THE FESTIVAL.

1. ID Check: UCSD ID cards will be scanned at the entrance. Only those who have completed the registration process will be allowed entry.
2. Security Screening: All attendees are subject to a pat down and bag check. Drug recognition experts and drug-detection dogs may be present at the entrance. Visit our FAQs for a list of prohibited items.
3. Enter: Enjoy the show!
